Adult Services |
Day Program Services and Supports | |

We offer services such as vocational training, paid work and job placement with ongoing supports. In addition, we provide community based services for retirees and people residing in nursing homes. |
Residential Services and Supports | |
| This portion of the Adult Services Program provides an array of options in living environments. Supports are provided for people living in group homes, apartments and individual settings and also for those living in host homes. Included in our residential services are medical services, i.e. nursing assessments, inoculations, appointments, coordination with the medical community, medical training and tracking, etc. |  |
Supported Living Services | |

We also provide supports to individuals living in their own homes or with their families through our Supported Living Services program. |
