People are eligible for our services if they meet State Eligibility Guidelines . Generally the eligibility requirements include children with delays in development or who are at risk for delays and adults whose disability constitutes a substantial handicap attributable to mental retardation or a related condition. This condition must have originated before the age of 21. |
