Program Director responsibilities: Direct the operations of various programs of Community Options Inc. (COI) in accordance with COI Mission and Value Statements. Program oversight may include all or portions of all of the adult programs as assigned e.g. residential, day and supported living services. This position is a combination of administrative duties including supervision of staff as well as oversight of programmatic services. To work proactively with all teams and participate in developing the agency vision.

Business Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating the office operations and procedures for the Park Place facility, which includes processing payroll for client employees and billing for the Supported Living Service (SLS) and the Day Service Programs in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and meet program and company goals.
Assistant Director of Finance responsibilities include the management of the accounting systems, contracts and government reporting. The Assistant Director provides financial analysis and information to aid executive management’s decisions making. The Assistant Director will support the agency in sound decision making in relation to the agency’s resources. The Assistant Director ensures that all financial reporting functions are completed accurately and in the appropriate time intervals. Supervises/directs the people responsible for day-to-day operation of General Ledger accounting functions and payroll.
Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Must be able to communicate effectively and regularly with all levels of employees from Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) through the Board of Directors.
Case Manager provides mediation and advocacy to individuals with disabilities and assists them in obtaining, as well as coordinating and monitoring quality services in accordance with Community Options’ value statements.
Early Intervention Coordinator This position has administrative responsibility for all direct services in Early Intervention/Part C. Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight as well as long range planning. Work as a team member in providing for the needs of children, birth to three years old, who met State of Colorado eligibility requirements.
Early Childhood Education Specialist provides developmental intervention services to families, infants and toddlers that meet the standards in the Early Intervention Colorado State Plan. Must also evaluate developmental levels of child using screening and assessment instruments in order to aid in eligibility decisions.
Medical Professional In addition to various administrative duties, this position involves the provision of skilled nursing support for residents of the Montrose and Delta residential programs as part of the Medical Support Program. The position involves occasional traveling between Montrose and Delta/Cedaredge.
Assistant Director of State Services (AD-SS) handles all case management for clients on the waiting list for COI and provides mediation and advocacy to individuals with disabilities and assists them in obtaining quality services in accordance with Community Options Inc. value statements.
