Community Options Program Sites
The Tom Turner Administration Building is the heart of the inner workings of Community Options. Located in the rural and scenic town of Montrose, Colorado, the COI headquarters provides a memorable backdrop in which to work.
The Park Place facility houses many of Community Options' clients who come for the interesting and educational activities as well as the camaraderie that the day program provides.

Ute group home is only a few blocks away from our Park Place facility in Montrose, Colorado. Our great staff here work to keep the residents safe and active in the community.

Second Impressions is our consignment shop located at 420 N. Townsend in Montrose, Colorado. Second Impressions also serves as a supportive vocational training and employment site for adults with disabilities who want to be part of the Montrose community fabric.

Cascade group home is within walking distance of our Park Place day program in Montrose, Colorado. Jenny the cat (not pictured - too cold outside) is fond of stretching out on the sidewalks and napping in the warmer months.
